About Dara

I am 44 years old and live in West Palm Beach, Florida with my husband, daughter and 2 crazy Jack Russell terriers! I am originally from Buffalo, NY but have been in Florida for about 14 years.

I earned my Bachelors Degree in Registered Nursing at Hartwick College, Oneonta, NY in 1988 and found my specialty in Orthopedics. I have always had a fascination with health and the human body and a passion for exercise. Over the past several years I have broadened my scope of practice to include the field of fitness. I am a Certified Cycle Instructor with Schwinn and a Certified Pilates Instuctor with PIA(Pilates Institute of America).

I have been a Wellness Coach since 2008 and am so passionate about helping my clients become their best selves!
